WE INTERRUPT YOUR REGULARLY SCHEDULED ENTERTAINMENT FOR THIS IMPORTANT BROADCAST.
A severe weather storm has hit Seattle and is spreading throughout the entire world! The tropics are freezing! The icecaps are melting! Volcanoes are blowing their tops…and their bottoms! What could all of this chaos mean? Is it just global warming or is it…
THE END OF THE WORLD?!
In May of 2012 Seattle burlesque audiences came together at Re-Bar to watch BQ13 Foxy news anchors Tom Brocock [Kai Curtis] and Lyla Dread report on this bedlam of burlesque, along with weatherman Al Stroker [Kesan Holt].
On-the-spot reporter Sara Dipity also provided updates as emergency response crews attempted to rescue Mittens the cat, whose story touched the hearts of so many when she was discovered trapped in a well.
SAVE MITTENS!
While the world grappled with the unprecedented weather chaos, the fate of our feline friend became a beacon of hope, a reminder that even in the face of the bizarre, life could find a way. However, the long-term effects of that “stormy” period were a different story. But hey, that’s a forecast for another broadcast…
